Having worked in the wealth management arena for 23+ years, Gerard has a unique perspective on wealth creation. Gerard’s view on wealth accumulation is derived from one of two ways.
One way is to accumulate savings, invest in very conservative financial instruments, and living a very frugal life.
If you use this approach, you will have wealth within 40 -50 years. Just in time to retire. The other way is to be an entrepreneur and accumulate multiple streams of income. This approach can take you 3 – 10 years.
I searched for ways to accelerate wealth-building that were little known or non-traditional. I created this site to discuss those ideas and help people who are like-minded.
